Inspired by this fundamental principle and by the teachings of Islam, I began nurturing the dream of becoming an entrepreneur after completing my education. In particular, I was deeply inspired by Hadith No. 5787 of Al-Mu‘jam al-Awsat, narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah (RA), in which the beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to people.” This profound message became one of the guiding principles behind my entrepreneurial journey. With a clear vision and determined preparation, I embarked on this journey with the aspiration of building enterprises that would create value not only for their stakeholders but also for society at large.
In 2019, our journey began in Charghat, Rajshahi, with the establishment of The Medinova Digital Diagnostic & Diabetic Center. The institution has since evolved into The Medinova Digital Diagnostic & Specialized Hospital Limited, marking the beginning of Shimul Group with a clear vision and a strong commitment to improving the quality of people’s lives, creating employment opportunities, and contributing to sustainable economic development.
By the infinite grace of Almighty Allah, the trust of our customers, and the dedication of our committed colleagues, Shimul Group is steadily emerging as a promising and diversified business group with a growing presence across multiple sectors.
At present, our five institutions are actively operating in the areas of healthcare, modern organic agriculture, skills development, food services and sports infrastructure. Through The Medinova Digital Diagnostic & Specialized Hospital Limited, we are committed to providing modern and quality healthcare services. Shimul Organic Agro Farm Limited is developing an environmentally responsible and integrated agricultural system focused on producing safe, chemical-free and nutritious food. At the same time, Shimul Skill Development Academy is working to transform the country’s young population into skilled and employable human resources equipped for the demands of the modern job market. Our initiatives in Organic Food and Young Turf are also being developed to promote healthier lifestyles and create avenues for social engagement and harmony.
We firmly believe that the greatest asset of a nation is not merely its natural resources, but its skilled, capable and empowered human resources. Therefore, one of the core objectives of Shimul Group is to develop human capital through education, skills training, employment generation and entrepreneurship development.
